need help!! how to recover old account?!

hey all, i need some serious help trying to get my old account back. i've been playing again for the nostalgia, but i can't get on my old account from 2011-2012, and it makes me so sad because i had so many cute pets, clothes and den items. :(

i have absolutely no memory of my password, nor what i used for my parent email. (i wasn't allowed to play on games with chatrooms so i had to make up a random email.) i tried emailing animal jam about this, telling them i could provide my billing information from when i had a membership, as well as many, many password guesses. they told me that since i haven't logged onto the account in over three years, they couldn't help. i'm genuinely devastated, and the last thing i want to do is give up. please, does anyone know how to help?
