Charging pad not working

Just got my MY 2025 with 17k on it the charging pad stopped working like 2 days later. Charging pad for iPhone inside . I did put the silicone liner on it purchased on Amazon don’t think that’s the issue. I requested service - is that something that I will pay or should be under warranty? Thanks
