Career advice?

Hi everyone, I’ve reached the point in my life that I truly don’t know what the best choice is.

I worked in the ED for 2 years at a trauma center and I moved states back home in CA. I pretty quickly found a job at a Peds ED but quit after 6 weeks because night shift was killling me there and I knew I didn’t want to stay long term. Now I’ve been unemployed for almost 2 months trying to find a “job home”, I really don’t want to hop around.

I have another job offer at a community ED that I’m suppose to start next week, also night shift for at least 6 months. I told them that I wouldn’t be able to start night shift but I somehow got roped into it.

I also have completed the health screening with a travel agency to work strikes that are meant to happen in October. But it’s not guaranteed

I have 3 different hospitals calling me saying they’re sending my resume to the hiring managers but I don’t have any interviews scheduled right now.

I’m to the point where I’m starting to get worried about money and I know this community hospital is a Forsure paycheck but a part of me thinks I should wait it out a little longer and find a place that I truly want to work at.

I’m living with my parents so it’s not like I’d be homeless if I don’t start somewhere immediately

Any advice on what I should do here?
