Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated Janitor/Maintenance worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and upkeep of our facilities.Responsibilities:- Ground maintenance- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste- Painting, sanding, cleaning, etac units and checking, changing smoke detectors- Operates, troubleshoots, inspects, assesses and performs general repairs that do not require a trade certification.- Assist with minor maintenance tasks as neededExperience:- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance preferred- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment- Knowledge of safety procedures.- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasksThis position offers the opportunity to contribute to the overall functionality of our facilities.
