Need help with responding to RFE for Initial OPT (Biometrics)

Hi everyone,

I received an RFE for my I-765 (OPT) application. The RFE basically said that my case couldn’t move forward until I attended biometrics. I already went to my ASC appointment, and I now have the stamped ASC appointment notice.

I’m a bit confused about how exactly to respond:

• Do I need to mail my RFE response, or can I upload it online? (The RFE letter came with a coversheet and mailing address.)
• Should I include the entire RFE notice + the coversheet + my stamped ASC appointment notice?
• Should I not include the AIW (Applicant Information Worksheet) that was part of my biometrics appointment notice?

Has anyone here gone through this for OPT? What’s the safest way to make sure USCIS accepts the response?
