Can someone tell me, why this happens

Hey newbie here

Trying to get into 3D printing but struggling with the settings. Got a Creality Hi and the first few prints were like magic. Started to calibrate and check settings but I still get these lines. Is anyone able to tell me what I'm doing wrong?
