Swimming endurance

They said that grappling endurance is crazy, but i tried swimming and im beat. I did 10 laps in 25 mins and done.

Am i just out of shape? Ive been grappling for 6 months now and i can last 2 hours of grappling but cant last 30 mins of pure swimming
