Are online courses from IIT's, BITS related to AI/ML, Data Science, ML worth to do ?

I have completed my B.Tech in CSE this year from a private university and did 8 months of internship and 2 months as ASDE role in a good company. I recently came across the online courses provided by IITs, BITS and other big institutes in India related to AI/ML, Data Science, Deep Learning etc which provides an authentic institute certificate. I want to ask if it's worth taking such a course both knowledge wise and investment wise. If someone has done it before, kindly suggest and how it can be useful in career and the impact of that certificate.
