What happened to long-lasting anime?

I remember when I was younger, we had these long-running anime like Bleach, One Piece, Naruto, Fairy Tail, and Gintama.

But nowadays, those kinds of long series are pretty much gone. I can’t think of many recent anime with that many episodes, except maybe Dragon Ball Super. What happened to cause this shift?
