Certain parts of Fidelity down?

Official Response

Are certain parts of Fidelity's site down? I've been trying (since yesterday) to use certain features or make updates to security settings and automated investments but haven't been able. Couple examples:

  1. In the manage existing automatic investment section, I have a recurring one set up that is scheduled for the 1st of each month (So, in this case it would be October 1, 2025 which several weeks out and not inside any near time window where the transaction might already be pending or too late to change). When I click on it and try to edit, it gives me a popup that says "Error. Container failed to load content." From my recollection, there was always a section where you could "skip" the next instance without even having to Edit the actual recurring investment itself. This too isn't even avaiable.

  2. I'd like to try and make some security changes (i.e. remove money transfer lockdown from an account, update password, add authenticator). The normal way to access this is by going into your profile and navigating to the Security section. However when I click on Profile a page with a ton of text comes up. The first of the text says "TypeError: req.csrfToken is not a function". I then went into the search bar to find a way to bypass the Profile page and go directly into the Security section. No search results populate when I type into the search field.

Is anyone else having any other site functionality issues?
