Documents Reviewed

Hi all. I received my denial letter today on a supp claim. One important thing I noted was that they did not review my hospital/ER visit for the injury, and they only reviewed one of the 2 lay statements. Any suggestions moving forward? The main point of denial was that they could not establish the injury occurred in service; however, the ER visit was from a training exercise accident, and the ER report was included in the claim.
