New artifact sets

Do yall think new artifacts could be used for him? My most other characters are in a good place and I want to be able to play him as soon as I get him but I am not sure to start farming it now or wait for more leaks.

Also the only nod krai chars I am going to be pulling are Durin and Columbina.

I hope I tagged this right and sorry for my eng!
