Some Lines Aren't Voiced?

Hi! I'm new to this game, but I've been really concerned about something. So, there's the Destiny café thingy right, and when you tap the LADS LIs, they'll talk. But some lines, they're just completely silent, and only captions are shown. I'm wondering if this is normal, or if something is wrong with my game? 😭
