Trane blower motor not starting

My blower motor has stopped working. It's a MOT11512 motor in a Trane XV95 furnace. I have followed the recommendations on numerous threads and videos, and tested several components without finding the source. It's getting 120v at the 5 pin plug, and some of the contacts on the 16pin plug show 24v, I'm not sure exactly what they all need to be. There's a typical click when I call for fan, but then nothing. I've removed the ECM, thermister and everything in there looks good, no cracks or burns, thermister checks out around 1.5ohms. all 3 contacts on the motor show the same ohms. I'm at a loss on what to test next, I don't know if it'll be cheaper to start buying new parts one by one or call for a tech visit. If anyone has recommendations on what to try next I welcome it, thanks
