When do side effects kick in?

I did my first microdose of compounded semaglutide the other night (.2mg) and when I woke up I had a headache and light nausea. Took ibuprofen and focused on protein and fluids and felt fine the rest of the day. Feeling fine this morning. Side effects are something I was really worried about….is it likely I’ll have side effects later this week?
