Two empty floors above our house. Any ideas apart from renting out?

So my father, out of his life's savings and a loan, built us a two-storey house in a tier-2/tier-3 industrial city in India. Of course, our family lives in the ground floor. That leaves two empty floors above us.

What are some of the ways this space could be utilised for the purpose of income generation apart from letting out to tenants. Since ours is a non-touristic city, airBnB is out of option. And we are not willing to build a cellphone tower on our roof (please don't argue ionizing and non-ionizing radiation with me, please.)

Any creative ideas will be much appreciated.
