Advice for a grade 12 student planning to pull out and take a gap year?

I suffer from severe anxiety and self-harm at the school im attending. Ive seeked help but ive already dug a hole too deep for me to continue if ever. Im planning to stop grade 12 for a year to work on myself, and possibly find a job to help support myself in college. Im also planning to transfer schools as well. Please offer some advice and if this idea is somewhat feasible, or if theres anything that i should know. Ive been thinking about it for a while now and I dont mind not graduating with my current batchmates (since environment ko nmn dn ang kasalanan kung bat ako ganto)
