Flex Elite Credit Card from EI Is Best Or Is There Any Other Card?

We have been using Flex Elite Credit card for Google Ads payment and it gives a decent 3.5 percent cashback on international payments without any limits.

Previously we tried Wio and Mashreq but that was restricted to just 1-2%.

Is there any other better card or this is the best one?
