My wife and I had a child after submitting forms i130 and i129f, what do we do?

I am a US citizen and my wife is British. We submitted an i130 for her green card and an i129f to get a k3 visa so that we can move to the US while the i130 is pending. After submitting these forms we had a child and have secured both his UK and US citizenship. Do we need to add his information to the applications? If so, how?

All the resources that I've reviewed on this refer to situations where the child has not obtained US citizenship and must be added to the applications to obtain their residency in the US. Since this is not our situation, I don't know what to do.

Do I submit additional forms to add my son to the i130 and i129f and risk having those forms delayed? Or do I do nothing and wait for my wife's k3 visa to be approved?
