Super Mario 3D All-Stars vs. Galaxy 1 & 2

Is it going to be a complete remaster, or just a Wii emulator port like 3D All-Stars? Personally, I'm not sure if I'm willing to scrape up new Nintendo game pricing for another emulation or only get half the game's value because I would only get Galaxy 2 essentially. Just wondering if anyone else that got the 3D All-Stars feels the same.
