Jello jello peel off base and uv glue question

I have the jello jello peel off base and ive used it once with normal glue where the nails started to pop off/ get loose some days after… now im wondering 2 things.

1. If i apply jello jello peel off base and then jv glue will the nails feel stick better than with normal glue?

2. Will it be hard to take off? Because i dont wanna soak them off thats why im using peel off base
