How can grow my hair?

Hey you'll, i've tried many things for my hair so that it can grow but i can't find a thing that works. I've low porosity hair type and they are dry and frizzy so i cannot use certain products. Every time i try to grow my hair they just grow to a certain length and then stop.And for my dry hair salon people suggests me to use hair mask which i've tried many but nothing seems to work for me. Also i've pretty thick hair texture and i also have alot of fly aways/baby hair on my crown area which looks weird after every wash and i also can't tame them. Please help
