Haunted Attraction

I’m wondering for those of you who attend the local haunted attractions like “Bates Motel” etc (think Haunted Hayride type things) believe any would be good for a 10 year old who is into horror. I’m kind of having a difficult time finding cool things because he’s not into the little kid stuff, but obviously too young for some of the super scary stuff.
