Accidentally brushed my teeth with tap water

I'm really freaking out. I'm in Nusa Lembongan currently not Bali technically but from what I've heard the water isn't safe here either. I've avoided drinking it but out of habit brushed my teeth with tap water just now. I'm absolutely terrified. What are the chances I get ill from this?
