HyperX Cloud 3 Wireless mic low quality (32kHz max)

I just bought a HyperX Cloud 3 Wireless, and when I repair it the mic doesn’t have the 48000Hz quality option only 16-bit 32000Hz and 16000Hz The mic sounds bad. Is there any solution?
