Question to people having an arc/Intel setup using XeSS. Fps drop to 1 freeze

So I recently got an MSI claw 8ai + which is super impressive running the game really but there is a problem I need help fixing.

So the claw can run the game on medium graphics ,XeSS balanced or performance and XeSS framegen and it gives me like 60stable since I have it locked there.

Power profile is on high since it needs it obviously and fans are working on a custom profile to give them the freedom to go as hard as they need.

Now after a while if I enter my map or inventory menu the game NOT the claw freezes and drops to 1 fps and gpu usage falls to nothing. The claw is fully operational meanwhile. I can alt tab and do other things but the game needs a restart.

Any insights from Intel,XeSS users maybe ?

On my rog ally Z1 I never had that issue running XeSS framegen. Although I have swapped to fsr there completely using it with an xg mobile.
