Make all bots level 3 in matchmaking

With how awful the servers are and how quick people leave we are left with the humble bot more than we would like to be.

The only reason we hate the bots is because they seem to always be level 1-2 ai that have the brain power of a toddler. Meanwhile the level 3 bot can hold a 1v2 long enough for their team to arrive.

Level 1-2 bots have no place in match making and they should be taken out in general. Yes it's awful fighting one but I'd rather have the comfort knowing that if I get one on my team, it might even be better than the Timmy that just rage quit because he saw sohei on the enemy team and doesn't know how to counter gb so he would leave instead.
