Esthetics manual?

Curious if anyone has a good esthetician “manual” they recommend? Looking for a good book going over the basics again for a refresher. Skin disorders, chemistry, even business/marketing aimed towards the pink collar. Hoping it to be more of an easy read rather than a text book!! Thanks!
