every antidepressant I've tried makes me unbearably sleepy pls help

alright guys I'm coming to terms with the fact that I may need to go back on antidepressants (my psychiatrist agreed obv) for the next while. I am generally dissociating and exhausted 80% of the time anyways bc of the sads, and I have trouble actually forming any of the habits that will help me get better because of it. Problem is that both the antidepressants I've tried so far have made me UNBEARABLY sleepy. like so sleepy that I felt sedated for days on end and didn't feel safe driving- even on days I took Adderall (prescribed obv, I have ADHD too)

So far I've tried mirtazipine and Lexapro, and both were very bad sleepy. I took Prozac and Zoloft a few years back, but I don't remember much about being on them. I'm pretty sure prozac didn't make me sleepy but it did give me weird heart jumps sometimes and Zoloft made me sleepy and gave me brain zaps but I forgot to take it so often that I was constantly experiencing the worst of the side effects.

Obviously no one here is going to give me medical advice and everyone's experience will be different, but have any of you had similar problems? What did you try? What ended up working?
