Sorry we missed you! Only one attempt? Why leave it so far away?
Today, I come home to a notice on my door. First attempt at delivery, wasn't home.
There's a "Sorry we missed you!" notice that quite frankly looked like it was used as a coffee cup then stepped on a few times. I really hope my package doesn't look like this.
It states I can pick up my package at an Access Point location, it will be waiting for me there. Great. For whatever reason, the point picked is 20 minutes away, even though there's a CVS as an access point down the block. I've used it before.
So, today is Saturday. Nowhere on the notice, does it say that the package will not be delivered to the Access Point until the next business day, which would be Monday. So, I drove to the place, to find out package isn't there. Almost an hour wasted. Thanks, UPS. Notices should be better in this respect.
Why would they choose such a remote Access Point location, when one is much closer?
Under what circumstances does UPS only make one attempt? I have never had this happen before.
