Can't get my GE washer to run outside of diagnostic mode

External GE dishwasher. I tested each component while in diagnostic mode and each worked perfectly, however it will not run a standard cycle outside of d mode. Also the 'beeps' sound like it's still in d mode after I leave it. (Instead of du-nuh, it's du-nuh-dee.... if that makes sense)

Is this an internal circuit/control board issue?
