[TOMT] Movie called... Ing? I think?

Like the title suggests, I think the movie was called Ing, but when I look it up all I get is some Korean movie, and that's not what I'm looking for, so maybe I'm misremembering the title.

It featured a guy leading a little girl around. I think he was a spirit, but didn't know he was dead... And there was something about these entities that had these panes of glass in front of their faces.

I also remember a guy with a hood and black tape over his eyes... he counted a lot. Something about finding the rhythm of things.

That's really all I remember about the movie... Saw it about 15 years ago. Anyone else have any idea what the movie was called?
