graduation has been the loneliest time of my life

ive recently graduated and got my bachelor‘s degree and it’s been terrible. i was working simultaneously but my company had a huge pay cut do they laid me off.

now im looking for a job since august, severly depressed and my only friend is busy with her own stuff. i feel ashamed for not having a job yet, lazy and it’s unbearable. i‘ve been spiraling so bad.

and i feel so powerless and rot in bed all day, sitting in silence bc everything overwhelms me.
