I get annoyed when my gf watches tv in our apt. What do?

She likes her dramas and has the biggest room in our apartment, the living room, to watch them in. Im in a second br most of the time on my pc desk or eames chair reading a book. I am a very quiet person and i know its not reasonable for me to expect silence out of others most of the day, so what can i do? She says wearing headphones is uncomfortable and earbuds give her tinnitus.

Should i dump her for someone quiet like me?
