I will NEVER buy another PUFFCO product!!!

I am BEYOND frustrated, sad, disappointed, angry, and defeated. I bought a Pivot a few months ago and have had NOTHING but problems with it. Within the first few weeks it wouldn't work It was giving me the flashing white light four times(bad connection).

PUFFCO wouldn't even send me a new one, they only sent a replacement chamber - and now THAT one doesn't work....

There's no phone number, and last time their customer service took FOREVER to get back to me - only to send me another one that doesn't work.

I....just.....can't. This kind of thing should be against the law I swear.

$150.00?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

after my experience they might as well have kicked me in the balls too.....
