Biopsy at posterior fouchette. Please help.

I have really horrific pain all over vestibule majorly in the left side and now mostly everywhere else. My doctor wanted to do a biopsy and she wanted to do the left side but I thought it might me too Painful, she then she just did the middle right at 6 o’clock at the posterior fouchette. I didn’t know where she was about to do it. The stitches came out and I tried to use a dialator and I have never been in such pain in my life. It’s so painful and it tugs and the higher area and I feel extreme nerve pain that tugs in the upper area of the biopsy spot. It is so much tighter. Any recommendations? Now it’s even more painful on the right. Reading online it says that area is extremely sensitive and making it tighter causes many problems.

I truly thought it was going to be a punch biopsy. When I asked the Dr. are you using stitches and or scalpel she said I’m asking too many questions. I feel so defeated.
