Are cheap LED video walls from Alibaba reliable?

Hi, (unrelated to my last post), I'm organizing around 10+ events a year (mostly in the cinema), and each time I need for print graphics for a 3x4m ish wall for taking photos etc.

I'm thinking on getting a LED video wall instead and remove the printing costs - I'm tech savvy so I think I will manage the installation and stuff.

As it's mostly for a small indoors setup, I wondered how reliable are the panels from Alibaba - they seem to look good? Of course the proper quality ones are better, but would they work for this purpose or I need proper quality panels?
