Tips to catch orange and white flabébé/floette in UltraMoon?

So I'm making a living dex, and I need to catch all of flabébé forms, I'm missing the orange and white (which can only be caught via sos battles), but whenever I try to start one, I use taunt to prevent floette from using wish, but after it it'll never call an ally, any tip with it?
