Moving in with cat

Hi! I'm aware variations on this question have been asked many times but sue me, I just need some peace of mind that I'm doing the right thing. I recently moved in with my best friend who has a cat, and I have a bunny. I've been waiting until we were fully moved in to take the bunny from my parents' house. For now (and preferably for the next few weeks) I'm keeping her closed in a room by herself with her litter, water, food, and blankets/puppy pads that smell like her. She's definitely freaked out but seems willing to explore the space...I'm just very stressed because I'm introducing both a new home AND a predatory animal to her at once 😥😥 Any tips for making this easier on her and me?

UPDATE: She is quite scared and woke me up at 5 am thumping but she did eat some greens and pellets!! GI stasis is my biggest worry rn so I'm very glad to see her eating
