Get limit increase off splitting other account limit?

So ive had chase sapphire for quite some time and when I first applied for it they started me out with a 5k limit. Ive love the sapphire and over time they've bumped my limit with out me asking up to 12k. Now Im starting a small buisness and I wanted a credit card woth low apr for the first few months to handle some of the bigger cost items I need. So I applied and opened a chase freedom card, now my credit is much better than it was when i applied for the sapphire however they only gave me a 3k limit and that doesnt even cover the main bug expenditure for the buisness which is around $4500. I requested a limit increase which got shot down with haste due to the length of the account (only a few days old lol) but my main question is this. Could I call them and have them split some of my sapphire limit over to the freedom since its through the same company? Ill never even come close to the 12k on the sapphire as it has high apr so i pay whatever my balance is every week. Any recommendations eould be helpful.
