Lower FPS After Extended Game Time

Hello,

On my last two gaming laptops, after a period of extended game time my FPS drops. To fix the issue I ran this command /script GxRestart() to restart the WoW graphics engine and the FPS returns to normal. I’ve been seeing a lot of others in raids and dungeons saying similar things and then restarting their client for it to fix the issue. GxRestart() essentially does this without a full restart. I think it may have to do with the games engine freaking out when the laptop throttles the CPU/GPU and enters into a “low power” mode, and running this command resets whichever flag that is.

I was curious how many others are running into this issue? I plan to make a bug post on the forums as well.
