Does anyone use an eGPU on the internal screen?

Whats up,

I’m considering an eGPU that I’ll be using while docked with a monitor. I’m also considering using it with the internal monitor while lying back on the couch, with a long TB4 cable. I know the performance won’t be as much with the internal screen vs. an external one, but will it still be noticeable for couch gaming?
