Has the SSR probably gone down in the last month? Or am I just tripping?

I was getting at least one SSR per 20 pulls until recently and got two & even three in a ten card pull pretty regularly but I first noticed a difference during T Aiona event which made sense after experiencing her effect on the game but by the the Quinn event the SSR drop rate seemed to be dramatically lower than my first few months playing the game
