Splash guard falling off

I recently purchased a 2010 Civic Hybrid. I’m absolutely loving it so far except that all the splash guards/skid plates are falling off. Previous owner had everything zip tied on and the zip ties are failing. What type of clips or pins or screws/bolts etc do I need to properly reinstall everything? It feels like everyday I’m adding another zip tie and at this point I would rather just do it right, but since there is no original hardware I don’t know where to start. Thanks for any help
