Is anyone else having a lot of delays with tilite?

I’m in Ontario Canada if it makes a difference. My order form was sent in early July, and my chair was only shipped last week. My vendor was also confused about the delay and reached out to them. I’m getting pissed off because I’m pretty much bedbound with my current chair. My vendor sent the order in as a rush because of how unsuitable my current chair is
