My likes aren't working anymore

I've never had this problem before.. for years if I 'like' something it stays that way until I 'unlike' it. It shows under My Likes section. However today I liked multiple items but they aren't showing up under My Likes and if I come across the same item again it is no longer there. Any idea what could be causing this? Is there a limit on the number of likes you can have?
