Help with Place of Birth Formatting in Passport Reissue Application

Hello Folks!

I’m currently filling out the application for passport renewal through the Indian Embassy in US and ran into an issue while entering my place of birth. In my existing passport, the place of birth is listed as: TOWN, CITY, STATE.

However, in the reissuance application form, I’m unable to enter commas, so I can’t match the format exactly as it appears in my previous passport (specifically, I can’t add a comma after TOWN) and my passport preview appears as TOWN CITY, STATE(notice it doesn't show comma(,) after TOWN.

Has there been anyone in a similar situation before and if Yes, could you please guide me on how to proceed in this case?

Note - I have also sent an email to Washington Indian Embassy as it seems to be the closed one that I have but didn't receive a response yet and it's been a week.

TIA
