Broken arm at Disneyland

We are on a big family vacation to Disneyland and my nephew (who coincidently has fairly severe autism) broke his arm after falling while exiting Gadget Coaster. (on his birthday no less) because of this we never ended up using our lighting lanes at all and we will miss the fantastic show we had bought as a add on to lunch at Harbor House. Any ideas on if they will reimburse our lighting lane passes?
