Prismaglass change color?

Hey, i saw prismaglass and thought it was so cool how it changed colors but when i placed it it doesn't, they just place as pink glass and changed the light ray color to pink. It changed color in your hand and in the JEI but not when placed. Is it supposed to? I tried disabling shaders and it still doesnt shift colors.
