Just need to rant about Rocket Mortgage

I have had the absolute worst experience with Rocket Mortgage. I clearly have no clue how to do this and they have been less than communicative throughout this process. I have asked so many questions that no one seems to know how to answer. I was told I can close by a certain date, and now they are saying I will have to wait two weeks because I will have to have proof of income (my closing date is two days before I start my new job. I submitted my official offer letter from my new job but they are saying I have to show actual paychecks deposited in my account before I can close and move). This means I will either live in a hotel for two weeks or commute 3 hours two and from work for two weeks. I disclosed my start date, salary, everything on day one of working with them and now they are trying to say "they didn't know". I have the proof that I emailed it all to the loan officer. They keep requesting the same documents over and over. Using Rocket Mortgage has become a full-time job in itself. If I wasn't already waist-deep in the process I'd switch in a heartbeat.
